Revature's fast paced and driven Recruitment team is looking for our next great Technical Recruiter.  


In this role, you will be responsible for hiring individuals in the IT industry, primarily software developers. Using our unique online platform as well as working with our academic partners, Revature recruiters ensure we have a pipeline of qualified associates for the fast-growing industry demand. 


Our ideal candidate is results-oriented and has stellar skills with outbound calling. You’ll build natural rapport with prospects and be driven by a sense of achievement in executing high volume contacts. 

We are considering remote candidates in addition to those located near our Orlando, FL offices. 

Where You’ll Focus 

  • Making outbound calls to qualified candidates to schedule technical interviews with the technical team. 
  • Developing tremendous rapport with candidates.  
  • Ensuring that only quality candidates advance to training. 
  • Keeping organized and up-to-date in Salesforce, real-time. 
  • Working with Office Manager to ensure all paperwork is complete and accurate for all new hires. 
  • Partnering with Sourcing Specialists to innovate qualification strategies. 
  • Maintaining accurate reports with an awareness on areas of improvement, willingness to set new personal goals and executing best-in-class. 


Where You Excel 

  • Working on a team in a collaborative and fun environment. 
  • Successful (1-3 years) recruitment experience in the IT or Higher Educations field. 
  • Staffing experience and/or campus recruitment experience is a plus. 
  • You will have experience working in an environment where making outbound calls is required. 
  • Consistent history of exceeding goals
