Revature’s Sales team is searching for a new Federal Account Manager to create strong solution-based client relationships that result in long-term client satisfaction and high retention rates.

In this role, you will be assigned to clients to build deeper relationships within and across the client’s organization. Our Account Managers are the face of Revature’s service team to the client and are the ultimate owner of service delivery for their assigned accounts.

You will work with a variety of stakeholders within a client organization to manage and coordinate service delivery. The role oversees a team of dedicated Revature software development personnel and is intensely focused on client satisfaction.

Where You’ll Focus

  • Provide consulting services to hiring managers in pursuit of demand generation
  • Engage with senior client management to generate sales leads from existing clients through an established cadence of client contact
  • Provide leadership and manage delivery against financial and operational targets
  • Develop and implement high-impact strategies in partnership with your manager that are unique to the client’s strategic focus
  • Work with the client to forecast future demand
  • Responsible for day-to-day account and project management for targeted clients
  • Track and ensure service delivery metrics are 100% aligned and compliant with client expectations, terms, conditions, and guidelines
  • Accountable for quality of service and performance ensuring that client demands from existing and growth opportunities are factored into capacity plans by working with Sales Executives, Delivery Leadership, and Technology teams

Where You’ll Excel

  • Intimate knowledge of, and relationships with, key vendors in Federal Contracting across the Civilian, Public Safety, and Defense agencies
  • Extensive track record selling into the Federal market, particularly targeting CIO, COO, CHRO, and Procurement organizations
  • Strong familiarity with Federal procurement processes, contract/rate schedules, and teaming agreements
  • Command of the technology trends within Federal, including an understanding of existing government programs and emerging solutions across Cloud, Cyber, and Intelligent Platforms
  • Savvy at account management, ideally in a technology environment or product
  • Familiarity and knowledge of top federal system integrators and/or federal sales cycles
  • Experience leading new sales pursuits and nurturing existing clients
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technologies
  • Passion for delivering 100% client satisfaction
  • Ability to think out of the box and provide unique client solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Salesforce usage skills and operating disciplines
